At ASCEND®, we are dedicated to ensuring every order arrives promptly, securely, and in perfect condition. Our logistics and customer service teams work closely with our trusted shipping partners to deliver a seamless experience from checkout to delivery.

Shipping Information

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery progress in real time.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: Approximately 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. For certain regions, customs duties or import taxes may apply — these are determined by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to provide products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
