1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed with the utmost care within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time.

International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, modifications or cancellations can only be made within a short timeframe after your order is placed.
If you wish to make a change, please contact our Customer Service team at service.klarmira@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it; however, you may still initiate a return after delivery (see our Returns Policy for details).
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, ASCEND® offers worldwide shipping to most regions. All international deliveries include a tracking service to ensure full visibility throughout the transit process.
Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees as determined by their country’s regulations.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Kindly include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs if possible.
Our Customer Service team will promptly assist you in resolving the matter, either through a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
6. What is your return policy?
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved by our Quality Control team.
